Kate Gerloff from the Humanities Foundation handed out a survey regarding low income housing and explained what her organization does. They would like to build low income housing in North Charleston. The council received copies of the surveys, and Ms. Gerloff will be at the August meeting collecting any additional surveys anyone fills out. Come to the August meeting to fill out a survey on low income housing.
Humanities Foundation is a nonprofit housing developer, providing affordable housing in communities in the Southern Region of the United States.

The Olde North Charleston Neighborhood Council was scheduled to receive the grant check for the Beautification Branch’s “Adopt-Your-Block” program
Interim Secretary was announced – Catherine Heston will support Kate Besta in the Secretary’s role for the ONC Neighborhood Council until new council leaders are appointed

Sidewalk repair scheduled for Jenkins and Hatfield streets
